All services offered via jessekeith.com are provided by Vivid Origin Limited, a New Zealand-registered company. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to the terms below.

Services are delivered digitally via video call and email.

A free intro call is offered to assess fit.

If both parties agree to proceed, the selected package is delivered as described.

After the intro call, you’ll receive an invoice for the selected service.

Payment is required before sessions are delivered.

Invoices will include GST where applicable.

If payment isn’t received on time, your engagement may be cancelled or delayed.

You must give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session. Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be forfeited.
Original tools and content used when delivering coaching or mentoring remain the property of Vivid Origin Limited. You’re granted permission to use them for your personal or business development. Materials must not be shared or resold without consent.
All sessions are confidential. Any business or personal information shared will not be disclosed.
While we aim to provide valuable guidance, outcomes depend on the client’s decisions and actions. We do not guarantee specific results from coaching or mentoring sessions.

Vivid Origin Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or costs incurred as a result of using this coaching or mentoring service. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, opportunity, or business.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

Either party may end the engagement via email. Refunds for unused sessions will be administered at our discretion.
